If your watch needs service, make sure to contact your closest authorized service centre. Your watch can be repaired at any of our MISO authorized service partners worldwide. The watch is serviced according to the regulations of the warranty when a valid warranty certificate and your proof of purchase is presented with the watch. If there is no authorized service centre in your country, please simply contact the service centre that is the closest to you. Please be aware that your watch will lose its warranty when it has been serviced by someone other than our authorised service centers
